Three packages

Fixed setups, engineered together. You bring the computers; we bring the room, the power and the cooling.

What every package includes

A real disconnect

UNIT/5 counts as a separate building. We supply the subpanel with a main breaker, a surge protector and two ground rods, each marked for its spot, plus a 4-wire feeder spec and wiring diagrams for your electrician.

Heat handled

Heat pumps sized to the computers' maximum power for rack and Mac rooms. Straight-out exhaust and a thermostat fan for miners. We show the math on each page.

Network ready

A separate conduit for fiber or Cat6 from the house, and a switch in the rack. No trench? Use a wireless bridge.

Questions

Do I need 100 A or 200 A?

For a 5×5, 60 A runs the rack and Mac mini rooms and two miners, and 100 A runs four miners. 200 A is never needed in a unit this size, and most homes can't spare it anyway. Your electrician checks your house service with a load calculation before adding the subpanel.

Who connects the power?

A licensed electrician, under a permit. We supply every part, marked for its spot, with a one-line diagram and a circuit schedule. Your electrician installs and wires it. We don't pre-wire.

Is it loud?

Rack and Mac rooms are about as loud as a heat pump. Miners are loud, about 75 dB each, so check your town's noise rules before you buy one.

Do you supply the computers or miners?

No. You bring your own servers, Mac minis or miners, and we build the room around them.
