A 5×5 steel storage unit, sold flat-packed to homeowners and built exactly like a self-storage building: 16 ga cold-formed framing, 26 ga painted panels, self-drilling screws and a roll-up door. We are looking for a US manufacturer to make and kit it, and ship it blind to our customers.
Four sheets follow, one per letter-landscape page (they scale up cleanly to 11×17). Every dimension is generated from the same 3D model as the parts list. Units are inches.
Each letter is printed on the part and used in the assembly guide. Lengths are finished cut lengths. Panels and trim are painted (body or trim color); framing is G90 galvanized.

Default is one LTL crate, about 98" × 30" × 26" (steel only; the door ships from the door maker). Backup is 7 parcel boxes, each 100 lb or less with no side over 96":

Paint protection: strippable film on painted faces of panels over 60", foam sheet between every 5 panels, trim nested and edge-boarded, bundles strapped to a 2×4 skid frame. No manufacturer marks on the outside of the packaging.
Hand check to size the kit (ASCE 7-22, AISI S100). A licensed PE will review and stamp it before sale.
